On your own, read in WR 6a pp.21-24, 21a & 21b pp.180-183, 22b & 22c pp.186-190, "MLA style" pp.229-230 & pp.241-243 (example MLA-style page & Works Cited)
-- have read also all the critical essays on the story in the Casebook for
us to discuss in class, and to prep you for your research paper project, and for the annotated bibliography due next week
-- to help with the critical essays, be sure to read them in the
order listed on the "Jewett Criticism Help" sheet handout (here's a PDF version of
it)
So we can begin to discuss the research paper
