    CONFERENCE DAY (my office 344 Holloway): if you signed up for a conference time for today, be sure to show up on time. Each conference lasts only ten minutes so come prepared and ready to discuss your paper. Bring with you:

  • your marked rough draft of Paper #1
  • any revisions you've done since I returned the draft to you yesterday
  • two or three specific questions about your draft -- not "how can I make this better?"
  • for WEDNESDAY September 29

    -- we'll work on revising your rough draft of Paper #1
